We keep you posted here. The latest update is always at the top.
We have consulted with our carrier once again. The updates are currently being installed, and the system is attempting to install the correct packages in the background.
We have activated emergency routing with our telecommunications provider and informed our service providers with the highest traffic volumes that they should suspend their routing to us today. Accessibility is still severely limited but still possible.
This is frustrating, and we are working hard on a solution.
When your customers cannot reach you, every minute counts. We know that. Our technical team is fully on it and will keep you updated here.
What happened?
In response to a recent security alert from the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) regarding critical vulnerabilities in PHP (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619), our telecommunications service provider has taken the precautionary measure of disabling parts of its infrastructure.
Who is affected?
This affects our old phone system, which we still use to operate approximately 90% of our inbound hotlines today. Outbound campaigns are not affected by this measure.
When will it be resolved?
The restrictions will remain in place until the necessary security updates have been installed and verified. We are working around the clock to restore the affected services and will provide an update as soon as they are available again. We appreciate your understanding regarding these temporary restrictions.
The last 90 days
No maintenance is currently planned.
